Doesnt charge quickly and only gives the phone 30%

We are using this power bank in Japan at the moment and it's great , small and charges our phones quickly 😀. I would highly recommend this product 👌

I found the OmniMag Pro to be “just okay”. I really wanted to love it, being a local South Australian business!
Good points - small size, very effective magnet. It’s pink!
Bad points - overheats on my iPhone very quickly, charges iPhone slowly, depletes charge quickly.
I am looking to return, mainly because I may have a faulty item, but I gave one as a gift unfortunately.

My OmniMag Pro arrived beautifully packaged and looks very stylish. I am yet to travel with it however I have used many times to recharge to trail its battery life. Again I was impressed with both the battery life and also how it sits perfectly on my iPhone. It is not heavy and easy to hold in my hand. Gavin’s communication was both excellent and prompt along with providing clear answers. Thanks Gavin for developing an excellent product!

This is just what I needed not a corded one that is heavy and bulky this is perfect, however I haven’t really put it to a full test yet but from the testing I have been doing it is perfect for my situation and I might just buy another one to leave in the car for when I go travelling so I don’t forget them one in my bag one in the car that I will be able to fully charge whilst travelling.
