Is this shipped from Australia?
Yes - this is shipped from my house in Adelaide and soon a warehouse also based here in Adelaide, South Australia
How long does it take to arrive to me?
Can depend on Australia Post but Express normally 1-3 business days and Standard 5-10 Business Days - again, impacted by Australia Post and their internal procedures.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes we do. Order must be over $90.
Can you return an item if you are unhappy or have a faulty item?
You have up to 10 days to return it from point of receiving the product for peace of mind.

How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll be notified so you can stay updated on its progress. You will receive the tracking number for each order once scanned into the system by the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What happens if there is an issue with my order?
If your order arrives with missing items, damage, or isn’t quite right, please reach out to our support team with your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.
Are all items in my order dispatched together?
We aim to dispatch all items in a single shipment wherever possible. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately to ensure faster delivery.

Our power banks are designed to work with a wide range of devices, including iPhones, Androids, Tablets, Earbuds, Laptops and other USB-powered Devices. The MagSafe power bank supports iPhone MagSafe models and can also charge any device that supports wireless charging.
Is the MagSafe power bank safe to use with my phone case on?
The MagSafe power bank works best with MagSafe-compatible cases or thin cases. Very thick or metal cases may interfere with wireless charging performance.
How slim and portable are the power banks?
Both power banks are designed with portability in mind. The 10,000mAh model offers high power in a slim, compact form, while the 5,000mAh MagSafe power bank is lightweight and pocket-friendly for everyday carry.
